Tongxin Group is located in High Tech Zone of Gucheng, Hebei Province where is 350km from Beijing, the capital of P.R. China. With more than 30 years continuous efforts since 1992,We have developed into a comprehensive enterprise who is specializing on manufacturing of fullseries accessory parts for industrial fans with the impeller diameter range of φ300～4500+ mm, weare also OEM manufacture of industrial fans. The companies have land area of over 80,000m²,morethan 300 employees including 50+ engineers. The companies'goal is "Building a Super SharedFactory supporting the Fan Companies globally". We are serving 1000+ fan companies in China,meanwhile we are also building up cooperation gradually with international fan Companies from different countries.
Tongxin Group has two major business segments: ONE is Fan Accessories which aremainly composed of bearing housing, coupling, shaft disc and main shaft; the other one is fabricated parts for fan, which are mainly composed of fan casing, damper, flexible joint, air inlet duct, front discof impeller, impeller and silencer. We have become a leader in the segment of high-quality industrialfan accessories.
The appearance quality of our casting is identical to high precision casting, since they arecasted with lost foam process. The company has a casting process line with annual casting capacity of 10,000 tons. To maintain the consistent quality of casting, the line equip with an automaticbatching system. There are more than 100 sets of special processing equipment, more than 30 offlarge scale CNC machining centers, and a complete process line combined with drilling, coating andassembly processes; which can meet various requirements from customers on product accuracy.We also have various advanced inspection, testing & analysis equipment and capabilities, from the"Mould Flow Analysis" of casting process to the spectrum analysis of material composition and mechanical property testing; all the above can achieve the whole-process monitoring and ensure thestability of product quality.Each product has a unique QR ID, and all production information issaved in the company's management system linked with this QR ID, so that the whole process can be traced easily and conveniently.
